This report was created by a team of four IUPUI students in W231. All semester the students have been working in groups to learn and understand how to write recommendation reports. This group chose to represent Youmi Crepes and Bubble Tea, a local small business in Broad Ripple, Indiana. Youmi was looking to expand their online presence and through that also create a better customer return rate. Over the past 16 weeks these four students have researched, done local studies, and written many pages about different techniques Youmi can use to further their agenda.
